YC1893D Series Automatic Meter Test System
The YC1893D Series Meter Test System is a fully automatic, high-precision three-phase energy meter testing solution. It is fully compliant with IEC 60736 and supports testing in accordance with IEC 62052-11, IEC 62053-11/21/22/23/24, IEC 62056, EN 50470-1/2/3, and IEC 61010 standards. Designed for utility companies, meter manufacturers, and metrology laboratories, the YC1893D offers accurate, stable, and efficient calibration and verification of electric energy meters.
Key Capabilities
  • Fully automatic, semi-automatic, or manual testing of mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic energy meters
  • Supports 3P4W, 3P3W, and 1P2W meter connections
  • Active power, reactive power, and cross-connected reactive power testing
  • Simultaneous testing of meters with different constants
  • Automatic rotor mark positioning for mechanical meters; includes starting and creeping tests
  • Optional neutral current testing and closed-link three-phase testing (I-P links)
  • Comprehensive protection against overload, short circuit, and open current; synchronized scanning heads for easy control
